The Fusion Reactor #93 - This and That

I very nearly posted this on Thursday night - that would have been (again) very early. But no, you're back to the late posting, as the show is tonight. But how's this for a topic: This and That... which does not mean "a little bit of this, a little bit of that." In fact, it's a lot of both, in approximately equal amounts. Since it's kinda hard to explain, perhaps I should direct you to the playlist:

Enjoy!

I tuned in during the Schleigho, so I know it played. It's a rather odd number with vocals about nails and hammers and cigarettes. You wouldn't confuse it with the Monk though, which is a really short piano solo. Perhaps you zoned out?

strange. I heard your blurb after the Monk, and then it was Kate. guess I could have zoned, but didn't think I was out for four minutes!

Re: The Fusion Reactor #93 - This and That

I've been told that the combination of nails, hammers, and cigarettes causes short-term memory loss, or "zoning".

Also, words (artists) that rhyme with "Eggo" have been proven to cause this also. (actors in the Leggo My Eggo commercials have complained of this, but subsequently forgot what they were talking about).

It's a common misconception, since Schleigho really isn't a word in any language, but the correct pronunciation does not rhyme with "eggo." The g is silent. It's SHLAY-hoe.

But your joke was funny nevertheless, Rick. Whatever it was...

I guess I was zoning also...I think you've set me straight on that before...
