What do you think of Sola Scriptura? There's some almost metal moments, aside from that, I think the first two songs (55 minutes together lol) are some of the best music he's done, and the other two drag a bit. Be interested in what you think about it.

The Beard song is my favorite Neal ballad (save for We all Need Some Light Now) but that's got Roine on it so that doesn't count....

I enjoy the work as a whole. I'm amused that you feel that "Heaven In My Heart" drags, since it's 'only' 5 minutes. But I get what you mean. It's like Neal wanted to leave the option of a CCM single open.
