Dude, because it sold so terribly, most stores are way overstocked. Any Coconuts in your area? They sell used copies for $2.99 and new for $4.99. The album really is worth more than that. I think it's a fine album. It's unfortunate that the two weakest tracks are #1 and #3, so you don't get a good first impression of the disc. But after a few listens, you realize that tracks 2 and 4-9 are stellar, and 10 is a pretty good one too.
Oddly, Rick, though the feel is different, a lot of the album has the same sound as parts of your favorite Tull album, Minstrel. "Soft as a Dove," "We Agree," "Requiem," and "Black Satin Dancer" could all come from the same album.
